Refunds & cancellations
This policy applies to professional engagements with Intelli Data (audit-ready records preparation, year-end support, books health reviews, and compliance documentation). It does not cover products we do not sell.
Eligibility
Refunds are available when we cancel an engagement before work begins, or when a deposit was taken and we cannot provide the agreed start window for reasons solely within our control. Fees for work already performed are not refundable.
Timeframe to request
Submit refund requests within 14 days of the event giving rise to the claim (for example, our cancellation notice or a billing error). Use hello@intelli-data.digital and include the engagement letter reference.
Full and partial refunds
- Full refund: Deposit or prepayment when we cancel before kickoff, or duplicate payment errors.
- Partial refund: If you cancel after kickoff but before substantial schedules are delivered, we may refund unused prepaid amounts minus time already spent at the agreed rates, documented in a close-out note.
Non-refundable items
- Completed deliverables (working-paper packs, health-review memos, documentation libraries).
- Days of fieldwork support already provided.
- Third-party costs approved by you in writing (for example, courier of original documents).
Deposits
Deposits secure a start date on our calendar. If you cancel more than 10 business days before the agreed start, the deposit is refundable minus an administrative fee of NT$5,000. Cancellations inside 10 business days forfeit the deposit unless we rebook another client for the same window.
Rescheduling
One reschedule with at least 7 business days’ notice is usually accepted without charge, subject to capacity. Later reschedules may require a revised fee if peak year-end weeks are involved.
No-shows
Missed on-site days without 24 hours’ notice are billed as delivered. Remote workshops follow the same rule when calendared participants do not attend.
Work already started
Once file intake and gap analysis begin, fees accrue for time spent. You receive any incomplete work product already prepared; unfinished portions are not refunded as if complete.
Process & timing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution. We confirm completion by email.
